Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where every student can learn and grow with confidence.
Ragging in any form — physical, verbal, psychological, or through digital platforms — is strictly prohibited. In accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and applicable regulations, the institution follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging.
Our Commitment
To prevent ragging and ensure student safety, the institution has established an Anti-Ragging Committee and Anti-Ragging Squad responsible for monitoring the campus, creating awareness, and addressing complaints promptly and confidentially.
Regular orientation programmes, awareness initiatives, counselling sessions, and preventive measures are conducted to encourage responsible behaviour and promote a positive campus culture.
Zero Tolerance Towards Ragging
Every student has the right to pursue education in an environment built on dignity, safety, equality, and mutual respect. Any act of ragging is treated seriously and addressed in accordance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.
Together, we strive to maintain a campus where students feel safe, respected, supported, and free from intimidation or discrimination.
