Following the signing of a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in October 2024, this partnership marks a significant step toward delivering top-tier cloud computing education to engineering students.

The Alibaba Cloud Center at SRIT functions as a dedicated hub for experiential learning, equipped with industry-grade cloud labs, training modules, and access to Alibaba Cloud’s extensive suite of services. Through AAEP, SRIT integrates Alibaba Cloud’s official curriculum into its academic framework, enabling students to work on real-world cloud scenarios ranging from elastic computing and networking to big data and AI-driven analytics.

A flagship outcome of this partnership is the integration of Alibaba Cloud Certifications into SRIT’s Cloud Computing Specialization Program. Starting from the 2024–2025 academic year, students enrolled in this specialization can earn globally recognized credentials.
